Trifecta Salsa Fresco~ Clean Indulgence!

Tired of the same old salsa? Can't really face another jarred brand with lots of added "extras"?

Try our fan favorite! Awesome for texture and ZING!

Great for a spring patio, serve with your favorite pita (ours is from Zohara in West Hartford Center), your favorite whole grain cracker, or bowl of organic, multi-grain tortilla chips! (We adore Late July--light and crispy). Pair with some sparkling water with lemon, or a lovely, white, crisp wine. (Our current go to is from Tili Vineyards in Assisi, Italy. Trifecta Salsa Fresco:

5 large organic tomatoes, chopped

1 organic cucumber, peeled and diced

1 medium red onion, chopped 

4 cloves of organic garlic, crushed

1 - 1 1/2 cups of organic basil leaves, thrown in 

2 organic mangoes, peeled and chopped

1 large organic yellow pepper, chopped

1/2 cup of your favorite organic, extra virgin olive oil (we love ours from Tili Vineyards!)

Kosher Sea Salt to Taste

Mix together in a large bowl and serve room temperature!
